Helpdesk Support Contracts

    Our tailored IT Helpdesk solutions range from 2nd or 3rd line support, right through to fully outsourced IT Helpdesk contracts. Service level agreements (SLA) can be tailored for your requirements; for example mission critical servers can be put on a 4hr repsonse with less critical servers on an 8hr response all within the same contract.

    24/7 Proactive monitoring can be added to Desktops, Server and Networking equipment for a very low monthly cost. In addition 24/7 Support could also be added to your contract for out of hours support.

    To compliment our standard Helpdesk contracts, a more proactive element can also be added to ensure a close working relationship.
